Job Overview

A driving school instructor teaches students the rules of the road, practical hands-on training on how to safely operate a motor vehicle, as well as how to pass their driving skills test with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration.

An instructor must have good people skills and patience should come easy. In this line of work, you need to always stay calm and give constructive feedback to your students/parents. When teaching in a classroom setting, a good sense of humor, ability to teach in a fun, interesting, and challenging manner is essential.

You do not need to have experience as a driving school instructor. We are eager to train serious applicants who are articulate, responsible, organized, have excellent customer service skills, and a knack for teaching.
